JADY'S GENTLE GROOMING

Hi, I'm Jady James, and I'm passionate about providing gentle, personalized care for every pet I meet.

I have over 6 years of experience caring for pets through dog boarding, dog walking, and in-home pet care in clients' homes, my own home, and professional settings. In addition, I have 1 years of hands-on experience as a Groomer's Assistant at Paws Puppy Palace, where I've worked with dogs of various breeds, sizes, and temperaments. My experience includes bathing, blow-drying, nail trims, sanitary trims, deshedding treatments, and assisting with full grooms.

I graduated from SUNY Oswego with a Bachelor's degree in Zoology in 2025, combining my academic background with my love for animal care. My goal is to build a lifelong career helping pets stay healthy, comfortable, and happy.

My grooming philosophy is simple: your pet's comfort always comes first. Every dog deserves patience, kindness, and a stress-free experience. I take the time to help each pet feel safe and secure throughout the grooming process, especially those who may be nervous, anxious, or new to grooming.

I chose to offer in-home grooming because being in a familiar environment can make a tremendous difference for many pets. By grooming your dog at home, I can provide a quieter, more relaxed experience that reduces stress and helps them feel more comfortable.
